Apple Watch Series 3 Review

The Apple Watch 3 you can buy in two forms, one with GPS, and the other with cellular connectivity. Athletes found the watch impressive as it tracks their run and cycle and it is water-resistant for swimming. However, is this all that this smartwatch can do?

Pros / What Customers Like:

  • A big bonus according to consumers is the LTE function. You can use the watch as a standalone with the on-board cellular connection. However, it only receives phone calls and remains dependent on your handset even if it is lying at home.
  • Athletes found the call quality on the device impressive while running.
  • Another big update is the music streaming as runners found this great while working out and enjoying a run in the park.
  • Health enthusiasts found the screen attractive, clear, and bright to read outdoors. Even the flick of the wrist to wake up the watch is great.
  • While working out users found flicking through the dock pleasant and nice.
  • Professional sports users found the heart rate monitor more advanced than in previous models. As it does not only count, your heart beat per minute, but records it daily.
  • Joggers found the built-in workout app more usable than in the past while tracking your runs. Even the GPS while out running is accurate.

Cons / What Customers Don't Like:

  • Some consumers found connecting to Siri a pain, but when it works, it is wonderful to have.
  • The majority of users found the apps available not working at times when loaded.

Verdict:

The Apple Watch 3 is an impressive watch offering you value for your money. The battery life is excellent and it has a clear bright screen. The only problem is the watch is only compatible with iPhone and the Siri is still a bit patchy.
