This fitness tracker is manufactured by Huawei which implemented their modern 6-axis sensor to help you get a count of your walking, running or basically any movement activities. They cooperated with Jawbone to bring you UP, your own personalized assistant who will help you manage your activities better and motivate you towards a healthier lifestyle. A great touch is the ability to make phone calls with a headset you receive with this band. However, customers have complained that the device is rather bulky and it felt sort of uncomfortable to wear for many users.
Pros / What Customers Like:
This is the first fitness tracker to utilize the UP system besides Jawbone devices, and it’s great to receive personal recommendations and advice on improving your fitness.
You can receive a call using a Bluetooth headset you get in the package deal.
The battery can actually last up to five days on a single charge.
Cons / What Customers Don't Like:
There are very few functions to use and the mini touch display is only there to display time and connect your phone.
The tracker does not show any type of notifications from your phone.
It’s expensive for what it offers.
It tried to unify two functions into one, but customers who tried it on say that it fails to get any of its functions right. There is a lot of potential here because it features a touch screen which should have more functions available. The integration with Up could also be better and the design shouldn't be so uncomfortable. However, there are some cool features like a silent alarm or a reminder for you to move around a bit. There is also an option where you can trigger the shutter of your smartphone’s camera. However, this price is exaggerated.
