Garmin Fenix 2 Review

Garmin 2 is a great brand when it comes to fitness wearables. What they have made is no regular fitness gadget. It is meant solely for the multi-sport fans and is suitable for indoor as well as outdoor sports. Its design is extremely important for its ruggedness which makes it even more appropriate for sports lovers. The massive gadget sticking out of the wrist makes it a point to draw everyone’s attention. The fitness tracker keeps track on the heart rate, distance, and pace along with altitude, vertical oscillation and ground contact time.

Pros / What Customers Like:

  • Testers are immensely elated with the tracking ability of the Garmin Fenix 2
  • The battery life is a huge advantage for the testers because it lasts a good 35 days with a single charge which is no mean feat
  • The rugged build quality makes it completely suitable for sportsmen

Cons / What Customers Don't Like:

  • The chunky design plays down the style factor for the wearer, felt the testers
  • The screen becomes a little dim which might be difficult for viewing the stats on the move, said the testers
  • All the advantages of the Garmin Fenix 2 comes at a hefty price according to the testers

Verdict:

The Garmin Fenix 2 is apt for sports lovers even though the high price might actually be a major put-off. The chunky build is something that many people might not be very keen on using on a daily basis. The screen can be a little dim and difficult to view when you are running or swimming. The absence of the heart rate monitor is a drawback, though. But the performance of the Garmin Fenix 2 is, however, extremely great and faultless in comparison to the shortcomings of the fitness tracker. It can be considered a complete gadget in terms of tracking and features.
