Epson Pulsense PS-500 Review

It’s always great to take a look at a fitness tracker which offers a lot of different features to its users. We really loved the fact that it contains an LCD display which displays the basic information about your favorite activity. Besides being able to track the distance you covered by counting your steps, it will provide a rough estimate on how much calories your burned and it comes with a heart rate monitor. This is a great feature to see on any fitness tracker since it will really help people suffering from different heart conditions.

Pros / What Customers Like:

  • This fitness tracker features a silent alarm which can wake you up by using a vibration as long as you keep it on your wrist.
  • A heart rate monitor really improves the overall performance of the tracker since it’s a vital feature for some customers.
  • The price is quite affordable and you can hardly find a cheaper fitness tracker which includes a heart rate monitor.

Cons / What Customers Don't Like:

  • The fitness tracker can be connected to a smartphone or a PC but the overall connectivity is not that great and you can encounter some issues.
  • Distance readings are often not accurate at all and the tracker could really use a GPS tracker.

Verdict:

This is definitely a great band for the price it offers but certain features really decrease its overall value. For example, the app is buggy and connecting it to a smartphone can be really annoying at certain occasions. The heart rate monitor really works great and even though we thought adding it would add to the price, the fitness tracker stayed affordable and it’s a good choice for most people after they update the app.
