Amazfit Arc Review

Whether you are a health fanatic or a runner, the Amazfit Arc is a Smartwatch offering you important features to keep you moving. The fitness wristband keeps track of your calories burned, heart rate, sleep, distance, steps and more. With the automated tracking, we wondered what professional sportsmen and woman had to say about this device.

Pros / What Customers Like:

  • The first thing we noted is that the majority of consumers preferred buying the Amazfit Arc for its affordable price compared to the more expensive brands on the market.
  • One fitness trainer like the idea of the tracker being water-resistant and is great to just pop into the shower without the concern of it losing track of your fitness.
  • The majority woman loved the minimalist design, yet stylish enough to wear throughout the day.
  • One client mentioned that fact that it automatically keeps track of her sleep pattern is outstanding. She mentioned that she is prone to forget to turn the tracker on.
  • Some runners found the step count accurate and the fact that the wearable reminds them to keep moving great.
  • Another great thing we found helpful with all health fanatics is the battery life that lasts up to 3 days of use with most of the features used.
  • Runners felt the mobile app is easy to access and use, while the push notifications such as calls and text from their Smartphone helps them to keep running without the need of stopping to check it.
  • A notable thing is that all users found the fitness tracker comfortable to wear.
  • A highlight mentioned by a fast walker is the accurate step count compared to other devices they have used in the past.
  • The majority of customers found the watch feature outstanding and glad that they kept it in the device. But they would have liked to have the year-month-date features included.

Cons / What Customers Don't Like:

  • As with any product, it has its problems and one of it is the heart monitor that is not always accurate. One sports expert mentioned they have to turn the monitor to the inside of their wrist to get an accurate reading.
  • Another problem most consumers had is that they cannot see a graph of their heart rate only their current heart rate.

Verdict:

The Amazfit Arc is an affordable tracking device packed with outstanding features. The only problem is if you want a continuous heart-rate monitor, this is not the one to buy.
